Real Weddings: Vinay + Meher

I am absolutely in LOVE with the peacock details and cultural influences from this wedding! The bright, vibrant colors are a perfect reflection of this fun-loving & fashionable couple – keep your eyes open for multiple wardrobe changes! I hope you enjoy taking a peak into their wedding as much as I enjoyed planning it!

My favorite part of the night? The surprise mob-dance, which was a gift from the groom to the bride, where professional dancers dressed as waiters and party guests danced around the dinner tables to two choreographed songs.

The Couple:

Vinay and Meher came to me shortly before their wedding in need of someone to help pull together the final details for their big day at the Woodmark Hotel. They selected services from my Simply Coordination wedding planning package. I quickly learned that having a good time with their family & friends was a top priority for their wedding day. A majority of their guests had flown in from out-of-state and out-of-country, with a good number of guests visiting from India. Paying tribute to both families, their culture and religions was incredibly important. Rather than meshing together their two religions (Christian & Hindu), Vinay & Meher elected to have two separate ceremonies back-to-back with a brief cocktail hour in between. I love when couples find ways to represent what is important to both of them!!!

A BIG “Thank You” to Nataworry Photography for providing these gorgeous photos of this gorgeous couple!
