After getting to know your personal tastes and preferences, your wedding planner will produce a celebration that is distinctly YOU through a cohesive and highly detailed design scheme that evolves over the course of your planning process as your planner learns more and more about you and your fiancé. Utilizing our established relationships with the best vendors in the industry, your wedding planner will then curate the perfect Design Vendor Team necessary to bring your design vision to life. As your wedding approaches, your wedding planner will manage all the logistics and design details to ensure that everything is executed perfectly on your big day. Senior Wedding Planner: Starting at $4500 | Lead Wedding Planner: Starting at $6000
Our version of the popular “Day-of Coordination” service, however it’s so much more than just the day-of! You have worked extremely hard to plan your wedding and now it’s time for you to savor the moment and celebrate with your family and friends! Your Wedding Planner will work with you to tie up all the loose ends and get everything organized so you can have peace of mind leading up to your nuptials. The week of your wedding, your Wedding Planner will ensure that all your vendors are prepared, direct your rehearsal and coordinate the big day from beginning to end.
Associate Wedding Planner: Starting at $2500 | Senior Wedding Planner: Starting at $3000
Hourly Planning + Consultation
Unsure of how much planning assistance you’ll need or just want to make sure you’re on the right track? A flat rate Wedding Collection isn’t for everyone and we truly love to customize our service for what each couple needs! Our Hourly Planning + Consultation services allow you to pick and choose what you’d like assistance with throughout your planning process while giving you peace of mind that you have a professional wedding planner on-call if you need her! Some couples utilize our hourly support just for a planning kick-start and some couples utilize it for a truly customized planning experience through the wedding day. Planning + Consultation services can be used towards helping research and hire your vendor team, creative design services, budget advice, logistical planning and timeline creation, and anything you need assistance with during your planning process!
Initial One Hour Consultation: $75 | In-Studio Work: $100/hour | Out-of-Studio Work: $125/hour + travel if applicable
Hourly rates are billed as the work is performed and we do not require you to hire Perfectly Posh Events for your wedding day. This is a great option if you’re unsure about the level of service you need or if you want to stay on budget while still having access to a professional wedding planner for advice and guidance leading up to your big day!
