Design + Coordination is perfect for the couple that is interested in Day-of Wedding Coordination but would also like some creative guidance with their wedding design and assistance hiring design vendors.  Your Wedding Planner will channel your personality to create a cohesive design scheme and will work with you to hire the Design Team to complete your vision.  As your wedding approaches, your Wedding Planner will manage all the logistics and ensure that everything is perfectly coordinated on your big day.  Let’s celebrate with a glass of bubbly while designing your dream wedding together!

In addition to the wedding day coordination, Design + Coordination can include the following services plus many more:

  • Three face-to-face Planning Sessions with your planner to go over the design, details and logistics of your wedding.
  • Two Venue Visits to walk-through design elements, layout and logistics.
  • Complete Event Design with a cohesive design scheme and color palette created specifically for you.
  • Help you choose and hire the design professionals necessary to complete your design vision {florist, rentals, lighting, stationary, draping, etc.}.
  • Provide tailored wedding professional recommendations and advice throughout the planning process.
  • coordinate details and logistics with your entire vendor team to ensure that everyone is set for the big day.
  • Access to our sophisticated online “Wedding Organizer” that is personalized for your wedding and coordinates every aspect of your wedding in an easy-to-use format!

The venue and wedding date must be selected prior to booking Design + Coordination.  We recommend a Design Team budget starting at $10,000 for weddings of 100 guests or more.

Senior Planner: Starting at $4500

Lead Planner + Designer: Starting at $6000
