Perfectly Posh Events is an award-winning team of wedding planners and event designers based out of Seattle and Portland who are design savvy, detail oriented and passionate about planning. We love timeless styles with a fresh-twist, champagne + macarons, and creating distinctive celebrations that combine sophisticated designs with personalized details.
Why Choose Us?
We are passionate about creating memorable events that are a true reflection of each of our couples. Our wedding planners love being creative with event designs but it’s the people and personal details that are the most important thing to us. We believe in creating a guest experience that feels effortless with impeccable service and genuine hospitality.
We value quality over quantity, which means that we take a limited number of weddings and each planner focuses on only one wedding per weekend.
We believe that more heads are better than one, which is why we have created a “team-approach to wedding planning” that gives you access to an extensive knowledge base and creative think-tank. When our team of planners collaborate, we are able to produce more creative ideas, establish the best vendor teams, and troubleshoot before the big day based off our collective wedding planning experiences.
We place a significance on work/life balance. Each wedding planner takes at least one weekend off per month to allow time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the brief Pacific Northwest sunshine during our busy summer wedding season. As a result, your wedding planner will be rested + ready for your wedding even if you are getting married in the middle of August!
We have been recognized in our industry as Award-Winning Wedding Planners by both our colleagues and past clients. Our team is honored to have received the prestigious awards of “Best Wedding Coordinator” in 2018, “Best Wedding Planner” in 2016, 2015 and 2014 along with “Best All-Around Wedding Vendor” in 2015 from Seattle Bride Magazine, in addition to being awarded the ILEA 2017 Emerald City Applause Award for “Best Wedding” in Seattle along with numerous local and national accolades.

Having grown up in the Seattle wedding and event industry with a family business, I was fortunate to attend amazing events that inspired a passion for wedding planning at an early age. In order to turn my passion into a reality, I earned a BA in Business from Seattle Pacific University and spent over six years working for various companies in the event and wedding industry. After continuing my education by studying event design, I launched Perfectly Posh Events to provide wedding planning to the sophisticated and city chic brides in the Pacific Northwest. I have been working exclusively with weddings for the past ten years and absolutely love it!!!
A Seattle native, I love starting the morning off with a dry almond cappuccino and ending the day with a glass of red wine from one of the local Washington wineries. A lifelong Seahawks fan, I love football season and spending Sundays cheering on my home team! I adore shoes and can frequently be seen running around events in a pair of amazing heels that color-coordinate with the event theme. My free time is spent volunteering on the Board for Get Hitched Give Hope.
Enough about me. It’s time to pour yourself a glass of bubbly and let the wedding planning begin…cheers!

A Portland native, I moved to Southern California for college where I met my husband, Billy. We were married in Sunriver which is my favorite place in the world and I hope to retire there someday. I’ve spent the past few years at home with my two young children, Maya (4) & Liam (2). I love to travel, read and do baking projects with my kids.
I fell in love with the creative side of weddings as an event designer but also love the practical end of things and have an obsession with lists and details. I always tell people that the best moments of my life were when my children were born, but the best day? Hands down my wedding day! It is a once in a lifetime experience to have everyone you love in one place, all to celebrate your love. My favorite wedding moments are the sheer joy & laughter on the dance floor with all of your loved ones celebrating together.

My family and I reside in beautiful Kirkland, WA. My husband, Brandon, works in the tech industry, my son Phillip (3), loves riding his bike and playing with his trains, and my newborn daughter, Robin, loves having stories read to her and nap time. On a typical weekday, you would catch me at the park or in the kitchen. I love cooking, and even more eating tasty food! The kitchen is my creative space where I try new things. My current culinary challenge is lemon and chocolate French Macarons!
One of my favorite aspects of wedding planning is the design! I love creating beautiful spaces for couples. I believe that it’s important for family and friends to be surrounded by, not only a beautiful couple, but a beautiful atmosphere on such a special day. It adds a level of “completeness” that ties everything together. I love being able to help couples achieve a beautiful atmosphere on their special day by taking care of all the details and logistics of creating their vision!

I am the youngest of three daughters and my family is a bunch of loud, Greek people with whom I love to spend my time. I would describe my personal style as chic and modern, but I also like to be comfy-cute. My favorite color is purple (go dawgs!) and I love playing basketball, canoeing, going to football games, drawing, and binge watching shows on Netflix. My current obsession is cross-stitching!
I have been planning my wedding since the day I was old enough to know what a wedding was. Planning events has always been my passion, but it wasn’t until recently that I realized that I could turn that dream into a reality! Hands down, the best part of a wedding is when the bride walks down the aisle. I know that’s probably the most cliché answer I could have had, but there’s so much anticipation and excitement regarding that special moment. Not to mention, snagging a look at the groom’s face as he watches his future wife walk towards him will make your heart melt.

Having grown up in the PNW, Seattle is home – although my heart is divided between the evergreen mountaintops and the quaint sailing town of Annapolis where I’ve lived for the past several years. After pursuing Nursing my career took a complete 180 when I discovered my love for gathering friends, minor obsession with organizing details, and creative spirit could set me on a new career path. When I am not planning events or sprawled across the living room curating my next design – I can frequently be found exploring a hiking trail with my daughter Anna Katharine and our pup Collins, seeking out the best cappuccino and chocolate croissant in the city, digging in the garden, or gathering friends and family.
There is something so enchanting about weddings, I love to bring my clients vision to life and take care of all the details so they can truly enjoy every moment of their day. There is nothing quite like the rush of gratitude you feel when you see a couples face light up after they see everything come together and celebrate with their families. It is a constant reminder of what an honor planning events is, helping others enjoy some of their most special moments.
