Perfectly Posh Events is an award-winning team of wedding planners and event designers based out of Seattle and Portland who are design savvy, detail oriented and passionate about planning. We love timeless styles with a fresh-twist, champagne + macarons, and creating distinctive celebrations that combine sophisticated designs with personalized details.
Why Choose Us?
We are passionate about creating memorable events that are a true reflection of each of our couples. Our wedding planners love being creative with event designs but it’s the people and personal details that are the most important thing to us. We believe in creating a guest experience that feels effortless with impeccable service and genuine hospitality.
We value quality over quantity, which means that we take a limited number of weddings and each planner focuses on only one wedding per weekend.
We believe that more heads are better than one, which is why we have created a “team-approach to wedding planning” that gives you access to an extensive knowledge base and creative think-tank. When our team of planners collaborate, we are able to produce more creative ideas, establish the best vendor teams, and troubleshoot before the big day based off our collective wedding planning experiences.
We place a significance on work/life balance. Each wedding planner takes at least one weekend off per month to allow time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the brief Pacific Northwest sunshine during our busy summer wedding season. As a result, your wedding planner will be rested + ready for your wedding even if you are getting married in the middle of August!
We have been recognized in our industry as Award-Winning Wedding Planners by both our colleagues and past clients. Our team is honored to have received the prestigious awards of “Best Wedding Coordinator” in 2018, “Best Wedding Planner” in 2016, 2015 and 2014 along with “Best All-Around Wedding Vendor” in 2015 from Seattle Bride Magazine, in addition to being awarded the ILEA 2017 & 2018 Emerald City Applause Award for “Best Wedding” in Seattle along with numerous local and national accolades.

Having grown up in the Seattle wedding and event industry with a family business, I was fortunate to attend amazing events that inspired a passion for wedding planning at an early age. In order to turn my passion into a reality, I earned a BA in Business from Seattle Pacific University and spent over six years working for various companies in the event and wedding industry. After continuing my education by studying event design, I launched Perfectly Posh Events to provide wedding planning to the sophisticated and city chic brides in the Pacific Northwest. I have been working exclusively with weddings for the past ten years and absolutely love it!!!
A Seattle native, I love starting the morning off with a dry almond cappuccino and ending the day with a glass of red wine from one of the local Washington wineries. A lifelong Seahawks fan, I love football season and spending Sundays cheering on my home team! I adore shoes and can frequently be seen running around events in a pair of amazing heels that color-coordinate with the event theme.
Enough about me. It’s time to pour yourself a glass of bubbly and let the wedding planning begin…cheers!

I hail from the east coast but fell in love with Seattle on my first trip here (literally, I also met my husband here that week!). I love working with couples to help bring their vision to life and make it my goal to make every aspect of planning and coordination as easy on them as possible. I truly believe that at the end of the day, guests will always remember how a wedding made them feel and I help couples create a personalized experience for their guests. My background in creating impactful press conferences, corporate events, and celebrity-hosted dinners for tech companies as a PR professional lends itself well to designing and producing unique events for couples.
I graduated from Rutgers University with a double major in Communications and Criminal Justice, which led me to a career where I cultivated marketing, communications and event planning experiences from my time working at agencies, Samsung, and Amazon. I eventually found a passion in wedding planning and have loved it ever since. I specialize in finding unique ways to include family traditions and cultural customs for a fusion wedding celebration. At my own multi-day South Asian wedding, we hosted dancing performances on a yacht and had a hip hop ceremony. I find working with couples such a rewarding experience, and am grateful to them for trusting me to be a part of their big day.
When I’m not coming up with more ideas for a couple or looking up new venues, you can find me busting out some dance moves (fun fact: I also do wedding choreography!) or discovering new songs and artists on Spotify.

I am a Pacific Northwest native through and through—I grew up on Mercer Island, met my husband (also a Seattleite) while working at Nordstrom, consider myself a Bellevue Square and University Village historian, and got married at Parsons Gardens and Canlis on Queen Anne.
After graduating University of California, Santa Barbara, with a BA in English and Chicano/a studies, I returned to Seattle and began working in global development and fundraising at a local foundation supporting a university in Ghana, West Africa. As the Donor Relations Coordinator, I planned local and international fundraising events, and coordinated and led the 10-day annual trip to Ghana for major donors, venture capitalists, and academics. I then attended Seattle University School of Law, where I discovered my passion for serving survivors of domestic violence. Today, I work as an attorney assisting and representing survivors navigate their high-conflict family law cases in King County, in addition to coordinating weddings with Perfectly Posh.
I am a planner to my core—whether tracking big picture vision, or particular and minute details—I have a calendar or task management system tracking “to-dos,” and memorializing ideas, so that I can not only stay on top of deadlines, but also, so that I can more quickly jump in, and be of highest use. Prior to officially joining the team, I was proud to have been known as one of the most organized Perfectly Posh brides ; ) (think labeled and sorted bags with personal décor, pre-written vendor thank you notes, etc.)
Knowing there is a solid plan for the basics allows me to focus on getting creative with the details and helping a couple cultivate the more personal elements of their wedding which give their big day soul—the elements which leave wedding guests and family marveling how “you” it was.
I believe that the real magic of what makes a wedding memorable, lies in these details— the moments you set aside with family or your partner on the day of the wedding, the small tweaks you make with vendors to personalize your wedding, and the thoughtful touches that uniquely celebrate you and your union. Truly partnering with couples is the best way to make this happen, and is what makes me passionate about wedding coordination— so tell me your vision (your wedding unicorn), what you can’t get enough of (sour gummies, white flowers), would rather do without (uptown funk), and I’ll handle the spreadsheets, scouring the internet for inspiration and deals, and generally holding it down, to make your wedding one of the BEST days ever!
When I’m not planning weddings, you can find me obsessively researching anything and everything— Seattle restaurants and local food adventures, PNW real estate, and “the best” whatever; at my crafting table— creatively wrapping gifts/compiling gift boxes, working on my calligraphy, or coming up for a new use for washi tape; and spending time vegging on the couch with my husband, two French Bulldogs, an HBO show, an insta-worthy cheese board with something in an insulated Yeti wine glass.
