Cedarbrook Lodge | SeaTac, WA
Bailey and Pete wished for a December 31st wedding that brought their closest family and friends together to celebrate love, health, and happiness. The overall design focused on geometric shapes, mixed metals, and Pacific Northwest outdoors to reflect their unique and fun personalities in the venue’s lodge setting. Deep red flowers and natural greenery were used to bring a feeling of magical, wintery romance to the evening.
Given the New Year’s Eve wedding date, Bailey and Pete wanted to integrate celebratory moments for guests throughout the evening. Friends and family were handed glasses of champagne as they sat down for the ceremony and even toasted the bride and groom at one point mid-ceremony. Bailey’s brother, who introduced them to each other, officiated their vows, and as the newly married couple walked back down the aisle everyone was delightfully surprised when faux snow began to fall from the ceiling! The newlyweds partied with their guests late into the night and counted down the final seconds to the new year. As the clock struck midnight, the entire dance floor was showered with confetti!
