For a couple who wants to celebrate their nuptials in an iconic Seattle venue, The Admiral’s House sits atop every list. Before guests explored the grounds of the famous house belonging to a naval Admiral, Katie and Mitch said ‘I Do!’ in a Catholic church in the neighborhood of Greenlake before being transported to Discovery Park in a Vintage Rolls Royce to the Magnolia neighborhood to grab some family photos before reuniting with their guests at their reception venue.
Their reception featured a sophisticated black and white theme accented with creams, taupes, and touches of blue. The clear tent on the lawn was adorned with lush white draping, crystal chandeliers, and a checkered dance floor. Banquet-style tables showcased white roses, blue crystal glasses, and cream china with blue floral napkin accents, while the head table featured a stunning 40′ long hydrangea runner and elegant round backed, upholstered chairs. Don’t forget an iconic late night snack of Dick’s Drive-in Burgers!
