Western Washington wine country in Woodinville boasts not only some of the state’s proudest wines and wineries, but also some of the most stunning wedding venues in the state, including my personal favorite: Chateau Lill! When Ashley called us up looking for a wedding planner and told us she and Jordan were getting married at Chateau Lill, I jumped at the chance to help them complete their gorgeous vision! After being featured on Pêrfete I’m thrilled to finally share photos of their romantic chateau wedding at Chateau Lill.

Minnesota Transplants to the PNW
Having met at work, and dating shortly after meeting, Ashley + Jordan discovered they grew up on the same street in the same small town in Minnesota and both packed up and moved to Seattle for their jobs! Little did they know their lives would merge the way they did! It was fate. 🙂

With both being from Minnesota, and moving out to Seattle for work, they knew they would be having a lot of out of town guests visiting Seattle, for some, for the first time, so they wanted guests to be “wow’d!” and taken care of. They wanted guests to enjoy and celebrate with them and give them an elevated wedding experience.

When we first sat down to talk about her vision, she described it as feminine, romantic, and a little over the top. She LOVED flowers, so there was no question we had to bring in the big guns, like Flora Nova to complete her vision. Ashley wanted all shades of pale pink, whites, creams, and mixed metallics to be used.

The wonderful thing about Ashley, was she trusted myself and her killer florist to handle everything, once we captured her vision; and we ran with it. I think you’ll like what you see!
Breathtaking Garden Ceremony

They said “I Do” in the most romantic setting. Gorgeous floral aisle markers atop wine barrels, with lanterns and petals guiding the way to the most breaktaking ceremony arch I think I’ve ever seen. The ceremony was beautiful, thoughtful, and even a little funny!

Luxe and Romantic Reception
Guests enjoyed cocktail hour around the pond above the Chateau, and were eventually directed back down to the house, where the reception tent was located. Guests gasped when they walked into the tent. It was like something out of a dream. The most beautiful chandeliers donned cascading greenery, and the guest tables were seated at a mix of wooden tables and round tables with linens– my favorite mix!

All the paper details were thought out as well. From the luxe cotton place cards with gilded gold leaf accents, the dinner menus with their initials, or the gorgeous linen board escort sign!

Guests enjoyed a delicious plated meal by John Howie’s Seastar restaurant, and were treated to their famous Coconut Cream Pie Tarlets for dessert, as well as other goodies!

Guests danced the night away, and repeatedly approached me and said this was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever been to, so I think it’s safe to say we nailed it, Ash! 🙂

I hope you enjoyed the photos from this day as much as I enjoyed working with and executing Ashley + Jordan’s big day! It was one for the books. 🙂
Until next time!
