I just love the relaxed, family focused and fun elements that an afternoon wedding can bring! Carissa and Nick’s wedding at Tibbett’s Creek in Issaquah was the perfect example of how to throw a lighthearted and memorable afternoon wedding. Picture this…a lovely Sunday afternoon in July, brightly colored flowers from the local farmer’s market, lawn games to entertain guests, a smorgasbord of BBQ, and lots of delicious pie. Sounds like a good time, huh?
As University of Washington Alumni, Nick and Carissa both love the color purple and paired it with bright yellows and greens for a vibrant and cheerful wedding design. For their grand exit, guests waved ribbon wands as the couple drove away for their honeymoon.
I definitely enjoyed every aspect of planning and coordinating this fun-filled celebration!
