We are still dreaming about last week’s cocktail party we threw at the planning studio! The rain may have been pouring, but that didn’t stop us from partying indoors! We love celebrating each and every one of our couples, past and present, and thought, what better way to catch up with each of them, than throwing a fabulous party!
New and old couples alike made their way out of the rain and into the studio throughout the night, reminiscing and dreaming about their past and upcoming weddings with their planners–we love being nostalgic and dreamers too! We wanted to have a chance to introduce our couples to one another as well, so they could meet other members of the Posh family!
Hearing couple’s favorite memories from their special day, their excitement for their wedding, or their hopes and dreams for the future were all topics we found ourselves engaged in as the night went on, and we loved every minute of it!
The night was not complete without some of the essentials for throwing a party–food, drinks, music, and decorations! And we couldn’t have done it without some of our fabulous wedding professionals that helped make the night one fancy soiree.
Guests sipped on bubbly and snacked their evening away on the delectable assortment of appetizers provided by our friends at Ravishing Radish–What a spread! We felt so spoiled! It was clear they understood the notion that we eat with our eyes first before our stomachs!
The studio was adorned with stunning floral arrangements created by the talented ladies at Flora Nova–there’s just something about fresh flowers that cheer up even the rainiest of days! We couldn’t stop smiling after we placed them around the room on the essential rentals that AA Party Rentals so willingly supplied! Their gold sequin runners were just what we needed to add the finishing touch to the studio’s decor! Don’t forget our fun cocktail napkins that brought the sass!
Live music by the talented Harold Belskus set the mood for the evening. We loved his groovin’ music–it was perfect to listen to and watch as he jammed on his acoustic and conversed with guests. Couples, planners, and wedding professionals mingled and filled the room with conversation and laughter. We couldn’t have had a better vibe in that space!
Our sweet tooth was suppressed by the delicious desserts provided by Baked.–you can’t go wrong with mini cupcakes! It’s all about presentation, and they certainly looked (and tasted!) the part!
We had all the essentials for a great night with our fantastic wedding professional friends and couples; the only thing we were missing was documentation of the night! The talented and fabulous Barbie Hull Photography was just what we needed to remember and share memories from our party! Barbie captured candid moments throughout the night, and did a wonderful job showcasing the beautiful party essentials provided by all of our wedding professional comrades. Thank you Barbie!
